Cursor Position on Parent Control.

Hi All,
Is there any way to find the cursor position on the parent of a control ???
What I mean to say is that suppose if you have a label whose parent is a picturebox, then is it possible to know the cursor position on the picture box when you hover you mouse on the label or click on it????
