need help :(

hello guys, im kinda new here so we all can be friends, :D
anyways, i badly need some help of you guys about my jigsaw alike puzzle.. i already made one but my
instructor doesnt want my codes, let me give u some example of mine.

i made a 2 picturebox, whick is the picturebox1 and picturebox2 and a messagebox
now what i supposed to do is to drag picturebox1 to picturebox2 ( I only picturebox2 just to fit the size picturebox1)

now heres my code..
If picturebox1.location=new system. blah bah( 132,64) then messagebox.show("Piece1 Fit")

ok now, my instructor doesnt want that code coz' he need to place it at that location inorder for the messagebox to show
he want it to drag the picturebox1 to picturebox2 and automatically fits without placing it at that specific location.
sorry for my bad english...

i hope somebody knows about my problem i need a new code rather than using .location and i really need help T_T
