[RESOLVED] Improve vb6 program in vb.net

I'm 100% new to vb.net but have done a few things with VB6.
Can vb.net solve the problem here ?

If the 'body' associated with MailTo can be larger, or an attachment included
I'd like to have a try converting this if it's feasible.
