help with webcam capture

can someone help me. im making an ID system. and im having trouble with webcam picture tool.

whenever i start the picture tool program,

the picturebox is just blackout. but the webcam is working.

webcam light-ON means webcam is ON.

but picturebox is just blackout. and then when i pressed capture button

the webcam captures me. all good and clear photo.


the only problem is... the webcam viewer. its all blackout. :(

help me please??
