I am trying to make a spelling test to help my daughter with her spelling words. what I am trying to do is code the buttons. there are 2 I am having trouble with.
the first button is the button to start the test (its called Test button). when clicked I need it to say the word then give focus to a textbox for that word.(sapi says the 1st word then gives focus to the first textbox) then allows about 30 sec for her to type the word then moves on to the next word all the way to the end. I have a multiline textbox to hold the words she is to be tested on. it will not be visible. The next button is the (Submit button) when its hit it goes through the words and check the spelling and highlight any misspelled words and grades the test with A,B, or C if lower then a C its a fail. if passed it shows a picture box and a message that you passed. If she failed then it shows a picture box and a message that she failed. All I have so far is the code to get sapi to say the words in the multiline text box but it says them to fast and wont give focus to the textbox so she can write the word before it goes to the next word and I cant figure it out any help would be greatly appreciated think you
