Code not working?

I'm starting a new thread but referencing thread http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.p...light=checkbox. Not sure why I closed the original thread but for some reason, but post #2 code isn't working. I am still unable to interact with the column defined as a checkbox. On the attached image, all I want to do is be able to check/uncheck the boxes at random.
