Embedded Crystal Report Files

I added some Crystal Reports files into bin\debug (default compile folder), using code

System.Windows.Forms.Application.StartupPath

to load them and run it to create a exe file.

I copied this exe file into another pc with Crystal Report run time installed but got error said that "report load failed"
How to fix it?
