VS 2010 cannot expose type outside project through class

Hi,

i have a module (a separate vb file) and declared lots of structures in it. and i have imported that in all vb files where i need them.. all works properly. but in one file i am getting this error (title).. i tried putting it as public but still that din help me..

i am trying to put all structure declarations in one file and use them throughout application. i tried making module public but still cant get rid.. i cant understand y its coming that way.. any help will be great... :)
