I have a program that checks for a value in an Access 2007 DB with one field and one value in one table and one field and one value in another table. It works on the other computers I've tried, and it used to work on this one. For some reason, though, since I've formatted it doesn't want to work. I get the error regdb_e_classnotreg(0x80040154) when it tries to connect to the Access db. The details of the error are as follows:

I've tried installing .net Framework v1, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 to no avail. I've updated it completely, but for some reason it is still giving me this error.
