How to add title for axis?

(apologies if this is a double post, I thought I just posted it but could not find it so I'm assuming it didn't post :) )

I was just wondering how to add titles to my charts in the Design view? I've had a look in the properties but can' find it, I'm sure its something simple I keep over looking.
